Bespoke Courses

All EFW and Biomass sites are different.  They have a unique combination of fuel feed systems, combustion methods, CHP arrangements, turbines, steam supply arrangements, etc.  Location may determine a particular staff demographic; ex-forces, maritime experience, heavy presence of staff from a nearby coal or gas power station, limited engineering experience.  These factors combine to mean that every sites training needs are also different.

You may have identified a need to provide staff with training in a particular system; water treatment & chemistry, emissions monitoring, or turbine operation for example.  Perhaps you need a course to bring some staff members to a particular level.  You may have a large proportion of staff with learning difficulties.  I can help by collaborating with you to develop courses unique to your plant, its equipment and your staff to achieve the learning outcomes you need.  I can also assist in development of training requirement matrices and individual training requirements.
